It happens during night when no one can see: near the Gulf of Mexico, thousands of oil-poisoned seabirds and fish, countless whales, dolphins and turtles were and are secretly disposed of like so much garbage hidden from the public's view.

There are no words to describe the horror of it. BP, the corporate media, and our government want us to believe that five million barrels of oil followed by tons of toxic dispersants have had no deadly consequences. Thousands of birds were poisoned by BP's criminally negligent oil spill. We can't be sure how many whales, dolphins and turtles were killed because BP quickly bagged and buried the evidence. BP's oil spill is the largest, most toxic oil spill in history. It is also the largest cover-up of mass seabird and animal poisoning in history.

BK----I published a piece that I wrote in 1997 about fishermen poisoning the coral reefs, where my premise was they engaged in an undeclared war on the environment.

I had been reminded of the similarities of how we turned a blind eye to marine life, and would we read about the Gulf of Mexico 13yrs later with the same shoulder shrugging?

These graveyards are overtaking our planet.

There is a bigger worry on my mind is the reported a large area of bubbles (natural leak from possible fault) on the return of CG6540 to home base at 21:31hrs location: 29 15.44 N 89 2.454 W. When they left at 11:00 hrs in the morning they did not notice the gas bubbles. The coast Guard log reported DWH started to sink 15:11 hrs and completely sank 15:22hrs. Just 11 minutes to disappear below water.

Memo dd 8 June (Committee on Energy & Commerce) stated the 2nd explosion at 10:22am caused DWH to sink. If the coast guard did not observe the 2nd explosion event at DWH on the surface and only notice the sinking 5 hours later, it means that the explosion (underwater) must have been recorded by the ROV monitoring the BOP at seabed. Where is the video footage of the 2nd explosion? Why was the video footage not released for the investigation? If it is to be released at a later date, watch out if the X-Y coords had been tampered with?

On a more disturbing note, there may be a regional fault trending 135 deg (est) lining up the gas bubble leak area noted by the coast guard, the epicentre of the Mag 3 Equake on 2 Aug, and the Orange Dye at sea (???) reported by the coastguard on 21 April. The suspected fault line is just 2.6 miles NE of Na Kika rig. It may be too much of a coincidence.

    Very interesting, BK. The videos have definitely been the McGuffin in this ongoing story from the start (if only this WERE a fiction story.) The only fiction is the version put together by BP/NOAA by some terrible screenwriters for the general public...

    From the first videotapes being looped, to the switch from Well B to Well A coordinates, there's been massive cover-up. I have no technical geographical knowledge -- so I've appreciated learning from you, thanks -- but a cover-up of this magnitude must be congruent with a secret at equal magnitude.

    I fear that *secret* may be something that you (and especially Matt Simmons) suspected. Please be careful.

    If this were indeed a Hollywood movie script, I'd be suspecting some sort of blackmail of our govt or administration to follow along. BP and their goon squad are in charge. The latest left-right punch of the govt announcement that the oil is 75% gone, followed by the photo-op of Obama and his young daughter playing in that oil-drenched Gulf water -- it reeks of illusion. And since it seems to me to be so out of character for him, there's a shadow player in charge, to my way of thinking. It means the secret is huge, and quite serious.

    The best to hope for is that the magnitude of the secret is deception, not a scientific catastrophe such as the collapse of the seafloor.
