- dedicated to Borehead, Fishwarrior and others fighting for the oppressed “small people” fishing businesses.

A crime is not a crime unless you are caught with your pants down. Yet you wonder why the “big people” don’t go to jail for perjury, for insider trading, murder and other crimes even when caught red-handed. On the other hand, the lesser people or “small people” as BP chairman referred to were punished disproportionally. See the many articles highlighting the high-handed punishments meted out to poor fishermen for failing to observe NOAA’s stringent catch quota and NOAA/NMFS’s unfair treatment of fishermen and the Federal Government’s takeover and redistribution of marine resources at Bore-head007 and fishwarrior columns at Newsvine.com

Nowhere is the disparity in double standards more evident than in the regulators’ kid glove treatment of BP’s gross violations and repeated misconducts. See ex-EPA attorney’s 12 years wrestle to disqualify BP from receiving billions of dollars in government contracts and other benefits for repeated misconducts. Yet despite the high risk of offshore exploration drilling especially in the delicate deep water shelf edge zone, MMS (Minerals Management Services, the federal agency previously in charge of regulating offshore drilling activities) gave permission to BP and dozens of other oil companies to drill in the Gulf of Mexico without first getting required permits from another agency that assesses threats to endangered species and despite strong warnings from that agency about the impact the drilling was likely to have on the gulf. See US said to allow Drilling without needed permits.

One would have thought NOAA should be more concerned with BP’s gross negligence and misconduct as any disaster like the DeepWater Horizon blowout would have financial, environmental and social impacts far greater than any accidents involving the small fishing businesses. Drilling into a major strike-slip fault zone and an active mud-volcano would be inviting trouble yet BP was never charged for gross negligence. Drilling into the worst possible high risk geohazardous location must be willful negligence of the highest order. Yet BP was never punished. On the other hand, “excessive fines are normal" said Gloucester-based fisheries attorney Stephen Ouellette. "Regulatory compliance is less important to NOAA than collecting money for their expenses." NOAA Attorney Charles Juliand’s cash demand draws ethic fire.

Would BP a technological multinational giant, admit to not knowing the existence of the NW-SE strike-slip fault and mud-volcano it was drilling into? That would be an admission of gross incompetence since the broken geology, faults and mud-volcanoes are clearly evident even on the basis of publicly available information. It is doubtful BP would publicly challenge the forensic and technical analyses given in bklim.newsvine.com.

BP has long denied ever drilling more than 1 well at the Macondo 252 prospect. That is a complete lie. Images of 2 different well-heads were published on 11 Nov 2010 to prove this. More images captured by BP’s ROVs are given here to provide the conclusive proof that the third and deepest well (S20BC) did exist. That well was the only well (out of the three) to have reached the oil reservoir at 18,300 ft bml. Images to prove that BP had not ceased chemical spraying despite public denials were published on 13 Nov 2010.

So when Tony Hayward swore to tell the whole truth, nothing but the truth before Congress, was he not guilty of perjury. If NOAA is toothless in prosecuting BP for their crimes of perjury and mass destruction, then NOAA should also lay off persecuting the “small people” fishing businesses.

The following video-footages and images, establish the fact that the third well (S20BC) exists. Further if the dates on the ROVs’ video are correct then the relief wells must have intercepted the rogue well much earlier than 15 Sept. For BP to be working on the casing of the blown well, the gushing well needed to be bullheaded first by the relief wells. In all probability at least one of the 2 relief wells must have intercepted the rogue well in the first week of July. And while the relief well was bullheading and trying to kill the rogue well, BP was performing a “dog & pony show” on the shallowest well (Well A) which was drilled down to only 5,000ft bml. The whole truth of the 3rd well is reminiscent of “The Emperor Wore No Clothes” story.

Businessweek - 2010-07-02 Bp’s Gulf Well Ahead Of Schedule To Intercept Leak

The target date for intercepting the leaking well and pumping in mud and cement to permanently seal it is still mid- August, U.S. National Incident Commander Thad Allen said today on a conference call with reporters. The well is within 600 feet (182 meters) of intercepting the leak, he said.

“They are ahead of schedule at this point,” Allen said. “I am reluctant to tell you that it will happen before the middle of August because I think that everything associated with this spill and response recovery suggests that we should under- promise and over-deliver.”

Huffingtonpost - 2010/06/28 BP relief well within 20 ft of Gusher, On schedule

HOUSTON -- BP says the rig drilling the relief well that's the best hope of stopping the Gulf oil spill has made it within about 20 feet horizontally of the blown-out well that's gushing crude. BP Senior Vice President Kent Wells said Monday that the rig is going to drill an additional 900 feet down before crews cut in sideways and start pumping in heavy mud to try to stop the flow from the damaged well. It's currently about 16,770 feet down.

Wells says BP is moving extremely cautiously to make sure everything is lined up correctly and the relief well is still on target to be finished by early August. A second well is being drilled as a backup. Wells says the company has a high degree of confidence in the relief wells.

~~~~~end of quote ~~~~~~~
A normal well takes 3 to 4 weeks to drill. A relief well with an inclined trajectory will probably take 6 weeks. So Relief Well C should have reached the 3rd rogue well at 18,000ft bml by the first week of July as suspected. BP was just playing for time and was not sure if the relief wells could successfully kill the well from below even though publicly they still maintained that the Relief Wells were the surest and most reliable way of plugging the leaks. But BP soon found out the hard way what many independent geologists had been expecting of the broken geology; that it was impossible to put the Genie back into the bottle.
From the first week of July till mid September, BP was lying to the anxious world that the Relief Well C was still waiting to intercept (even though it was less than 20 feet horizontally from the rogue well) when it already had and had been trying to bottom kill it without success. Did Thad Allen “lie (knowingly or unknowingly)” to the shocked world in early Sept that the Relief Well Intercept would not happen until mid October. Then suddenly on 19 Sept BP released an official press statement that the Macondo 252 well “had been successfully cemented” which started unannounced on 15 Sept. All were taken by surprise including the BP’s goons at TOD who had spent months discussing and at times arguing intensely on the intricate details of intercepting the wild well. BP sure fooled the world. Was the 19 Sept press statement prompted by political consideration when nothing had changed with respect to permanently killing of the well or rather the leaks from the reservoir? Now that the truth of the 3rd Well is blown open wide, NOAA should have no more excuses in prosecuting BP. Not to do so will be an obvious dereliction of NOAA’s duty.
The following videos show the rare footage of the third well (courtesy of BeePeeOildisaster) and its vicinity:
Justice in the United States is only what you can afford! Looks like BP bought the Coast Guard, NOAA, the EPA and enough of the justice system to keep their freedom, rather then the jail cells they so rightly earned and deserve! I'd like to see the US do the right thing for a change, but god forbid we hold a billion dollar industry accountable, looks like Karma will be the only justice for this disaster and it's ashame that we will never see it.
The United States used to be a government Of The People, For The People, now it's a government of big business, for big business and when the masses start dying from being poisoned, then will sit in their ivory towers and watch, while being proud of their achievements!!
Wow BK
Looking back at what people at ATS captured on that date:
http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread587933/pg45
and the video you showed of the 3rd well - it definitely is 2 different locations.
One location is well lite up and bright. The location you show is dark and murky - which
is what one would expect in a blown (to bits) well scenario.
I was surprised to see marine life in the 2nd one - it's been so long since any have appeared in the videos - sigh.
Keep up the great detective work!!
Eth, Are you referring to well A in comparison with S20BC? Just to make sure. I went to the ATS page they were showing the gushing Well A.
There were also some videos showing the BOP removal and replacement at well A itself. That means they had been taking in and out the BOP stack, completely different from what they were saying.
Isn't that what was believed to be the case in the video "tale of 2 wells"
They were moving the BOP from one well a to well b (for whatever reason I'm not sure)?
I am not sure about them moving to Well B (could be) but you are right they were taking the BOP in and out even when they were showing the gushing well. I suspect the recycled the tape while they removed the BOP to fit some things. Yes this is contrary to what they were saying publicly that they dare not cut, dare not do this and that for fear of trigger a larger uncontrollable problem. And all the time they were moving it, stripping it and patching it up. Yes the world has been taken for a ride.
"they were saying publicly that they dare not cut, dare not do this and that for fear of trigger a larger uncontrollable problem" - (Correct and at this point they were probably being honest).
This along with many contradictory statements is what led people to conclude we were being fed a "bunch of hog wash". Probably because by this time they realized the gravity of the situation - to the point they were even considering nuking the well (remember Matt Simmons, Bill Clinton's assertions?)
Which is what started the dog and pony show - not sure what was going on in prior video shots. I might look into it.
In the "tale of 2 wells" the narrator believed before Hurricane Bonnie we were watching video of well b - however after Hurricane bonnie - they switched to well a ( *with well b's bop). Of course we have no way of proving it, except with ROV coords (probably only time we were getting accurate coords:).
Luckily so many people captured this action - offers proof, so we aren't merely guessing.
* afterall, how many bop's are they going to have lying around?
Eth, I have not really checked the videos in the Tale of 2 wells episode. If you only look at the coordinates in isolation the story can go anywhere. You need to have more constrains to make the evidence more concrete. There were without doubts many "unexplained moves" just to throw off the scent. Much like a good detective mystery story except instead of just reading the storybook, you read the 'video". It is a lot more interesting and a mind twisting exercise.
Like any crime there must be a motive. So what is the purpose of switching the BOP from well A to Well B and later some time back to well A again. Could it be at one time, they thought that Well A would be too difficult to control especially with the gas & oil blowing out of the faults near to the well (east and slightly south of well A).
So it would be worthwhile to look back at all the videos with this in mind. Watch the heading and coordinates change bearing in mind Well B is 300ft west of Well A. For example the ROV moving 300ft west from well A should be in the vicinity of well B. They would normally not change the seconds and mins (too difficult) but they could logically change the hour. Similarly initially they change only one digit of the coord. Later after several posting on the coords came out, they change the first 5 digits of the coord. Again obviously the ROV cannot be 100 miles off from the Macondo sites. AUV cannot speed beyond a few knots. Certainly not 10 or 20 knots.
I have an xl spread sheet which will calculate all these by just entering the coordinates and time and plot out the positions. Contact me by email if you want the xl template. Even if the coords had been adulterated the pattern of adulteration will show a consistent trend. In Isolation these anomalies make no sense. But once you compile them in order (time, events or position etc) you will see motive behind the moves. It is a good mind challenging exercise. Try it.
"So what is the purpose of switching the BOP from well A to Well B and later some time back to well A again"
Well then in answer to your question I am going to ask you a few questions.
For the dog and pony show to work - something had to be coming out of the wellhead - be it a or b. Maybe sometimes they showed S20BC just for effect.
Now here's where the questions comes in - What was in those wells? What was actually coming out of those wells? Maybe b was spewing something and dried up. Or were they playing games i.e. placing a hose at the base and subsequently it came out the top - well a being the better spewer because it actually had pressure?
Because all the pictures of well a and b are gushing something :)
Bore Head, I too am proud of BK and the hours of hard work he does to bring us the truth! I wish you and the citizens you speak of much luck in your class action, unfortunately I'm not sure there's enough money in the world to cover the damage those SOB's have inflected on the Gulf Region. I live about 1,200 to 1400 miles north east of this atrocity in New Jersey and I'm beginning to worry about what is falling in the rain besides just water and the effects on the Gulf Stream too, that no one is talking about!
In a comment I posted on an earlier article that BK wrote I said that Dec.12, 2012 might be wishful thinking! If we were better stewards to our planet, Mother Nature (?) would reward us with a bounty beyond our needs, but like children we tested her limits and now the world is getting spanking it earned, by the same Mother Nature we had to push, harder and harder and now she's gonna give us a real beating!
I wish you all the best and apologize for what the ignorance of man has done!
If we can get something going to that effect, that would be fantastic. It would show that people care enough to do something and that BIG People cannot simple get away by paying money to the Right People who has taken away all the Rights of the Small People.
This will make other Big People more careful and eventually return to becoming the Small People once again. Remember BIG People were SMALL people once and they become BIG only after their EGO and Money swell BIG time due to some BIG GAMBLE they took in the PAST at the expense of the SMALL People.
So there you have it - the Tale of the BIG and the Small People.
Mark
I was saving this for you and Joey at your Newsvine Column but it seems more appropriate to say it here (and post a copy to your column).
I am sure many in your situation would have abandoned Joey long ago since medical opinions did not give Joey any chance of surviving past his teens. Your struggle (and story) of keeping Joey alive and the personal sacrifice made all these years send a powerful message not only of love, devotion and perseverance but a lesson we can all learn from in handling all problems (man made or otherwise). I view your struggle to keep Joey alive as the Microscopic Manifestation of the world’s struggle to keep Mankind alive.
If the world has a fraction of your determination and continued perseverance in a "seemingly hopeless" situation, then there is hope yet for Mankind. To me, Joey represents Mother Mature who is on a life support system. The health of Mother Nature is our collective responsibility.
We all have mountains to climb. And as soon as we managed to reach the top, there is another even higher mountain to climb. Those who are selfish, greedy and always looking for "what is in it for me" attitude, will give the excuse "that the efforts you made will be like throwing salt into the ocean". Theirs is all about visible achievements and monetary rewards out of everything they do even in "charities" (read PR stunts). The ultimate sacrifice is one made without contemplating on the rewards. One apple given to another starving man is a huge sacrifice when you have only the last 2 apples.
Sacrifice without selfish expectation is that powerful message that would go a long way in solving many of the ills facing this planet. Oil companies not only BP, endeavored into exploration with the expectation of huge monetary rewards. BP went a bit further by planning to profit even if a disaster did happen. That was how dangerous and reckless BP's insane drive to the top of the FOOD CHAIN was.
No effort is too small and No Mountain is too High. Before the disaster, nobody talked about BP's repeated misconducts and gross negligence with regard to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) issues. Now, not a week passes by without some new revelations about BP's Bogus Safety Standards. But BP is not the only culprit and Macondo Oil Spill will not be the last disaster to hit this planet. You can be sure of that. Therefore it is even more imperative we learn how to deal with this disaster, not cover it up. History has shown us that massive cover-ups like what we are witnessing now in the gulf, will only lead to even worse tragic disasters in the future.
So the class action by Borehead's group is a good start. Let us not worry too much about how it will turn out. It is the efforts that count and the results (which ever way it swings) can only spur more positive actions. The spark of truth will ignite a fire of light that will eventually burn out the evil darkness of Satan.
How the nation responds and handles the plight of the disabled (as in Mark's struggle to bring light & justice to Joey's survival) has an important bearing on its survival as the world's most powerful country. If the US cannot handle its own fundamental problems on human rights, social life & death issues of her own, it has no right to dictate others. If the country cannot right the wrongs done to the SMALL PEOPLE especially the Unfair Discriminative fishing quota issues and at the same time continue to FAVOUR the BIG PEOPLE (like BP's mass destruction of the GULF for whatever hidden agenda), then we can see clearly in the crystal ball where the nation is heading to. It will need massive, really massive efforts by the people to steer it away from its present course to catastrophic destruction which will nevertheless inflict an equally catastrophic financial Armageddon world wide.
So there is a “karma” reason why BP’s Mega oil spill happened in the GULF (under belly) of the World’s Most Powerful nation. It is to test the collective resolve of the world. If all the countries of the world continue to turn a blind eye to the evils done by the oil companies, not only is the US on the highway to destruction, so is the rest of the world. We are all at the cross road. It is no longer a US problem but an international one if world’s civilization is to survive. It remains whether we (collectively as a Human Race) can pass this crucial test. The little mole hill that BP had drilled into has just became a Mountain to Mankind’s survival.
I can't agree more, survival of man is the greater good and without a planet capable of sustaining life, well you get the picture (that used to be in living color slowly fading away)! I'm fighting to save only one life, while hoping to improve the lives of others through my efforts. But if we let big business rule the world, we will ride Spaceship Earth straght into hell, then all of our efforts would be a waste of time. I think we all need to remember that the Earth only supports life, it's up to us to choose how we live that life and it's our collective choices that scares me most (seems like man learns best from bad choices), because I'm not suicidal, at least not yet! I'd also like to believe that this world is worth saving, I can't speak for anyone else, but it's the only one I have!
Sounds like BP has taken some lessons from Dubya's (Bush) playbook, fear and intimidation worked very well for that brain dead human wanna be! BP needs to be "crushed", to the fullest extent of the word.
In just a few short months they have created the worlds largest open oil reservoir, in what was one of the worlds most pristine ecosystems, which is quite an accomplishiment and I'm sure they have made Satan proud by doing so!
Most of what I would like to say about BP and they Government agencies they bought, would probably get me banned from the vine, because I don't think they would find most of my words highly inappropriate!
Just found this article from June - very long (note his remarks from oil industry analyst saying cracks are releasing even greater amounts of oil!!):
http://www.karstenuwe.com/paul-noel-%E2%80%9Cif-the-sea-floor-collapses-we-could-have-a-much-bigger-problem%E2%80%9D.html
excerpt:
Paul Noel: “If the sea floor collapses we could have a much bigger problem”
The volume of oil removed from the formation at this time can be measured as a very significant amount. There is a genuine risk of tsunami though I think that the risk at least for now is fairly low. It is simply a matter of time until something has to shift. The issue is how it will shift and what happens when it shifts. It is probably a much greater risk that the sea floor will crack and release even more oil. That risk has been reported to be actually happening from oil industry sources. However, I have not been able to get quantitative data on exactly how much has happened. One Oil industry analyst has reported that the releases of these cracks are actually at this time higher than the original spill. Again the data is not entirely in on this.
.
.
.
Paul Noel: More specifically the sea floor will collapse. The collapse is absolutely certain. The only question is how it will collapse. As the oil escapes the deposit several types of collapse are possible. A simple subsidence would allow this to happen safely. If the canyon where they have drilled subsides in the wrong place, you could see the effect of a land slide under the sea. This is the Tsunami cause event more than any other with the most potential. This shifts massive quantities of water. The canyon is about 2 miles deep. The well is on a mesa about half way down the slope of the canyon. If the earth merely cracks and slides a little this might seem a minor event. Unfortunately the event could let oil escape catastrophically and in an uncontrolled release this has real danger to even the people of Europe.
I would not want anyone to think that I am projecting this as a certain event. It is a possible event. The deposit of oil in the central Gulf of Mexico is several orders of magnitude larger than those in the Saudi Arabian deposits. It is also massively higher pressure. The Saudi and Kuwaiti fields are much less pressure than this deposit. A lot depends on the connection between the Macondo well and the deeper in the center of the Gulf of Mexico. A catastrophic failure of the canyon wall under subsidence events that are possible could bring up such a massive quantity of oil that it would not only soil the US Gulf of Mexico and the US Atlantic coast, it would dump oil onto the European shores as well.
wirtschaftsfacts.de: Could the situation get worse, if the methane hydrates on the deep sea floor release further?
Paul Noel: The Methane Hydrates could get involved in this if the warm oil from deep in the earth begins to rise and this could cause an “explosive” failure of the canyon walls. Yes things could get a lot worse. Hopefully they will not. It is not impossible but it is also a fairly remote possibility that this would happen.
wirtschaftsfacts.de: A tsunami or earth quake would contaminate the entire coastal area in the southern states. The US-government keeps silent and passive. Is there anything that Mr. Obama could do? Evacuate the region for example.
Paul Noel: I wouldn’t worry about contamination of the land if you have tsunami. The real issue would be the damage of the wave at that point. The shallow nature of the area and the long slope of the coast without high land means such would carry quite a distance inland. The storm surge from Hurricane Katrina carried about 60 km inland in places along the coast. I do not see the government doing any kind of evacuation because of dangers. We already have great dangers and all the government is doing is denying what is going on.
BK, I just remembered something about an obscure structure called the Georgia Guidestones, that talk about population control and more. I'm beginning to wonder if this is the beginning of what the Guidestones call the cull? Here a link if you want to take a look, http://thegeorgiaguidestones.com/as_they_stand.htm
About 2 billion people will be "culled" when all is said and done - at least for this round of deaths, another will follow which "culls another 3rd of the earth, so they will eventually reach their target - if this is what they plan on doing.
"rev6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth."
Question is who is them that represents death and hell?
There is a lot of people to be culled. Who gives them the right to play GOD?
A commenter to this post says:
"Yes, I've read they are spraying houses and swimming pools at night along the Gulf and up to 100 or more miles inland. The elite want your property and the entire Gulf area.
Their long-term plan (Agenda 21) is to move the entire US population into just a few large very crowded cities (Police State) and use all the remaining land for themselves."
I don't know about HAARP being valid. I have no knowledge on the technology and can't comment on it.
But think about the damage the radiation from airport scanner could be doing to reproductive system of children and women and men of child bearing age.
They may put these scanners on all travel related activities in US. Why?
The have vans in the street using radiation for "who knows what" in USA:
http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2010/11/are-body-scanners-coming-to-subways.html
"Indeed, as Forbes' Andy Greenberg notes, mobile backscatter x-ray scanners are already being mounted in vans and used on American streets:
The same technology, capable of seeing through clothes and walls, has also been rolling out on U.S. streets."
Some authority/group is up to no good IMHO.
It does seem like it. Tie in with the hefty medical bill for cancer, wow it is a sure way to make money for all the health care stocks.
I wonder if they can spend their fortunes in HELL? It does us no good now, but their long term (eternal) forecast is looking rather bleak. Could the "Little People" turn out to be the meek that inherits the earth? If it is get out your work clothes because we still have to clean up their mess!
BK and MOT
Both good points - didn't think about windfall from buying medical stocks.
And yep the earth will be left in shambles by the time these yokels are done with it.
So the remnant that remain for the millennium have lots of work to keep them busy.
Any survivors will have a busy time gathering food just to keep alive. They will have no time for politics. After the Hell comes the Heaven and so the cycle continues until eternity. Do you think Heaven and Hell can actually exist on earth? I mean even now it can be hell for many but heaven to some (elite few).
      I posted a list of over 300 scientists who have died under mysterious circumstances then another list of politicians who died ‘accidentally’. One of the female scientists – had been one of the few female astronauts is in a coma. The official story was she attempted suicide despite all friends n family saying she was not in that frame of mind. She had been working in Pasteur Institute on Human.Alien DNA. The Institute burned down after her ‘attempted suicide’. This guy is just a comma in the middle of a long sentence.
      I would say that 300 dead scientists are just too many coincidences in additional to 2 plane crashes and 1 bathtub accident. The fallout casualty rate is going to rise.
        Yep BK
        Apparently too much to cover up - but they can't kill everyone involved.
        At some point the truth will surface.
