Saturday, Oct 15, 2011 - Gulf Shores, Alabama Shrimp Festival PROTEST! Protesters demonstrated on the beach, per the agreement with city officials, who had safety concerns due to a large number of people who attended the festival. Protestors were kept well away from the crowd and were not allowed to use any kind of electrical or battery type of amplification (ex: microphone).

All my gulf heroes in action at the beach. Please watch and support. Thank you.

The gulf fight is my fight. We are one world and we stand together.

God Bless. Everyone of you.

I feel horrid for that region! It is so very very sad:( The more I read, the more sick it makes me. I just cannot fathom why BP hasn''t been Made fully accountable. I guess it is up to God to administer that piece of justice, unfortunately way too many have to suffer first!

Yes FW. For a disaster of this magnitude, BP must have had lots of practices with much smaller ones (check out their history of safety lapses and disaster).

Everything built up from small; yes even disaster. Because we did not catch them while they were still practicing with the smaller violations, they get bolder each time they got away.

We have to realise our own shortcomings and clean up our own mess. For too long we have delegated that responsibility to someone else...namely the GOVT. and they are working in cahoot with the criminals in oil corporations. OIL = Finance = big time corruption. So eventually this disaster is all about money or the GREED of it. Getting that knowledge is the first step. The second is spreading and exposing it. The 3rd is the BIGFIX.

I was just reading a piece about our reliance (globally) on Govt. and the results of an overreaching govt. (ie. the USA at present as well as others). It is so true. I guess, being a product of Govt/dependence (along with many others), finding our way toward something more self reliant, but in coordination with others, is going to be difficult. I think we can do it though. Keeping positive---please do the same.

Funny how we always pray to God for help; you know someone to help us out. I read one blog which says GOD is not your servant. Quit thinking someone else is going to put your house in order. We have to do it ourselves; all of us has to be involved in every small way. I do not think the ants colony has any written laws and rules. Each ant just do its part.

I read ya there BK (praying to God for help). I do try to pray to God for other things, with the realization that always asking for help is not fair! I like to Thank Him for certain people and I like to Thank Him for all the Beauty that surrounds us in nature ( especially this time of year when the leaves are so bright and showy! He is quite the artist!

I like you ant analogy---so true. That could be said for most of the animal/creature kingdomw except for the ones with 'supposed' intelligence!

Enough is Enough ignoring it won't make it go away. Warren Buffet Berkshire held over a Billion Shares of BP and Millions of the maker of COREXIT. Getting the Filthy Rich to pay more Taxes is Noble. Saving the Gulf of Mexico and it's surrounding Land, People and Creatures is essential. Lets get on it before it becomes LEPERS BAY!!!

Very well said. NOAAMOREJANE Copy that.

In addition, how come none of the Billionaires are contributing to the Gulf Clean up or funds to set up the detox clinics. So many are suffering not only loss of incomes but additional expenses for health problems. Is there a reason why they are staying away from the Gulf disaster?

Is there any truth the Gulf disaster was purposely planned as part of their depop programme and to weaken the resistance of a larger plan?

In the Jesse Venura expose of the Gulf Disaster---a point that perhaps certain powers are attempting to make New Orleans a Refinery and have no people live there was made! Doesn't sound impossible with these behaviors surrounding the disaster! Its actions that we must always keep an eyeball on, for they are just too slippery with the tongue!

wait till you see the explosive videos at http://oilspillhub.org/.

Early videos from 22 April onwards reveal a lot. You have to get past the relooped videos on some. But great site to get the real info on the Gulf Blowup.

IRY!

I am with you & FishWarrior, I feel sorry for this whole region, and the relatives I have that live in this area. The damage done to this area & it's residents is far from over.

Dear BK, I have been honored to work with Trisha James and you. We can do the right thing, if we could get everyone to donate 3.00 to the Earth Org, link below. We can use bioremediation and we can get this back before the powers that think they be. None can survive alone.

Love to You we couldn't do it without you and all the Gulf Heroes.
