--Scientists Fear Fresh BP Oil Surfacing at Deepwater Horizon Site Is Making Landfall 100 Miles away --As public concern escalates, the critically acclaimed oil spill documentary "The Big Fix" premieres Nov. 12th-14th in Los Angeles
The Gulf Coast is reeling from reports that fresh oil rising from BP's Macondo Reservoir - ground zero of last year's massive spill - is coming ashore, again. Scientists have confirmed the existence of a "second wave" of BP oil fouling Gulf waters and beaches, poisoning marine life and wildlife, and posing a grave public health risk.
While federal officials fail to acknowledge the problem, the situation in the Gulf worsens by the day. "It's deja vu all over again, in the very worst way," says New Orleans-based environmental attorney Stuart H. Smith. "We have fresh oil surfacing again at the Deepwater Horizon site.'
Through rigorous "fingerprint" testing, LSU chemist Ed Overton confirmed that slicks sweeping across the Macondo Prospect since mid-August are made up of BP oil. "It is a dead-ringer match," Professor Overton said. "I was amazed that the ratios matched as good as they did."
Chemical confirmation that the oil is from the Macondo wellsite provides vindication for those who pursued the truth for months despite a hard-nosed campaign of denial, intimidation and obfuscation executed by BP and its partners in the federal government. It is this very type of corporate-government "teamwork" that The Big Fix - the critically acclaimed oil spill documentary - portrays in riveting detail.
Based on lab-certified test results of oil samples taken last month on Horn Island - a narrow strip of federally protected land just 12 miles off the Mississippi coast -researchers believe that fresh BP oil from the Macondo Prospect has made landfall more than 100 miles north of its origin.

The Only way to address this is to stop calling it a "SPILL". I thing I gravitate more towards the Original "GUSHER" and today we still have a "LEAK" or the Gusher is still Leaking, For in all honesty, The Well could not still, Be Spilling?
This LEAK is because they were in a hurry to hide what (lies beneath). I also assume that no one is allowed out near the Wells even to this day. If so, It would appear as they are hiding something.
I can also say, After reading the gross problems with BP's Safety records. That seem to prove that employee's often turned the other way so as to allow operations to go forward when they should have been STOPPED!
I sure hope this effect's their NEW PERMIT that let's them drill another 1500 FEET DEEPER at another location. Drilling at over a 1.3-1.5 miles DEEP is just a Recipe for Disaster when you look at what has gone before.
If only they could only change from OIL to Solar and invest them BILLIONS in Profit towards CLEAN ENERGY. But if you make a Customer ONE TIME with SOLAR, You can't MILK his Wallet over and over. So why would ANYONE invest is something GOOD for the Planet? Why?

And don't forget, they make a bundle first from the futures market.

The Coast Guard and BP have returned to the scene of last year’s Deepwater Horizon disaster after a newspaper reported numerous oily blobs rising to the surface of the Gulf of Mexico a mile from the site. BP on Thursday night deployed a robotic submersible to examine the Macondo well, drilled in 5,000 feet of water and cemented last August.
Early Friday, BP announced that the wellhead inspection – observed by government officials in New Orleans through a video feed -- had confirmed that the Macondo well is not leaking any oil.

Swallow Hard --- BP and Transocean argue over fresh Gulf of Mexico oil 'leaks' (11/11/2011)
The US Coast Guard has warned that more oil may have leaked from the Deepwater Horizon rig, causing a new round of finger-pointing between BP and Transocean.
There have been several sightings of oil near the site of last year's Gulf of Mexico accident in recent months. On Wednesday, the Coast Guard issued a warning to Transocean, the owner of the rig, saying it "may be financially accountable for debris removal costs and damages" if the rig or riser pipeline are found to be the cause. There was no evidence oil came from the well itself.

Old news, But a TWIST of FACT'S! The announcement of the attempt to cap the well this last week was greeted with stunned amazement among experts (those not on BP's payroll). After all, BP had admitted back in May that the drill pipe and well casing had at least one leak 1000 feet below the blowout preventer; the reason the Top Kill procedure had failed.
CNN reported on two other potential leaks at 9,000 feet and 17,000 feet.

The Alabama Press Register has gathered photos, video, and oil samples that BP and the Coast Guard are lying about oil leaking from the Deepwater Horizon Macondo well.
As reported previously, a new huge oil slick has been found at the site of the BP Gulf Oil Spill well. BP and the Coast Guard responded to those reports as baseless, asserting there was absolutely no merit to claims that the Macondo well was leaking again or that there was even an oil slick at the site of well.
Perry Mason would have said, Your Honor, This Oil Leak is germane to the Macondo Well. As noted above, It states that BP would be liable for this Leak. This you know is ALL they care about. They don't care about the People, The Fish, Mammals, or Worse... HUMAN'S. All BP cares about is SEA-SLUGS like themselves and MONEY!. And now they have a License to drill a Deeper Well? What really could go wrong?

BP is a TERRORIST! and has cost this Country more then what was lost on 9/11. BP has destroyed more SQUARE MILES and LIVES then the Inside Job of 9/11 that Saudi's were hired for and all other attack's have been from Saudi's.

The only way to stop a Spill is to Pick then ENTIRE CONTAINER UP. That is why this was NEVER a OIL SPILL. It was like digging a Trench and Hitting a Natural Gas line and BP is putting Cotton Swab's on the Shattered Pipe.

You know the coast guard is supposed to work for and to protect the people. It is partially true. It is for the people with the oil power.
Another thing. I have never been able to view any of the recent videos on their website (the links you and others had sent). Just wondering whether it is me alone.

If you use Firefox for a Browser, It has a Built In Plug-In that allows you to Watch Streaming Videos without having to download them first. You could view almost any *extension and any of the Movies that are anywhere from 0Meg to 2600Meg just like you were on Youtube. OR you can Save them.
The Program also Converts a mp4, AVI, WMA, FLV, and more. Plus it loads all types of Audio *.wav, *.MP3, *.PLS and others. And convert them too. Also it will PLAY a DVD'S VOB files too. Just add the *.vob to a Play List. Same with Music, Create a Play List and away you go.
Also, You can Direct Record off your Web Cam to DVD and make Videos, Then Upload them if needed for presentations.
Look for the Email.
When loading the Program, Watch for the Plug-in Option. And Check the X in both Boxes.
