2010 April 23 around 1300hrs showing the BOP-Bent Riser after the DWH had sunken. Look at the heading which is 322 deg. it doesn't change even though the rov camera obviously changed. Video shows the same BOP-Bent Riser looking at a different angle. If the heading of 35 deg NE is to be trusted then the Bent Riser should be pointing towards NW. How can with a static BOP-Bent Riser? Again the answer is false heading (not at the time of actual recording). Another physics of impossibility or simply "faking" the rov view at that time. The Presidential Oil commission and Federal investigators left out in their official investigation. A case of incompetence or willful blindness or a cover-up?

Something you would expect a BP schill or apologist to say:

Heading doesn't say anything unless you know the source (gyro or fluxgate compass). Further, ROVs can maintain their heading while moving their cameras (pan & tilt).

The truth that needs to be told. See the difference?

If the recording point is stationary (shown by coords and heading), the pan and tilt should move the Bent Riser wholesale with respect to the viewport. This rotational movement can only result from the camera from various positions. So the coordinates and heading should change as well.
