Did we hear that the crime busters were looking for evidence to nail BP for lowballing the volume of oil spilled? Well I'll be. It was right under their noses since April 2010. Ain't that a shame? 2 years of lost opportunities to put the Gulf on the road to recovery. Instead we had 2 years of chasing butterflies and massive doses of toxic oil and corexit which could have easily been prevented. 

It was a planned disaster. The "accidental" negligence were just the red herrings.
