Bk ... someone of significance told me that the tar in the Gulf has something to do with weakening hurricanes. ?????
Preventing them from progressing further in to the Gulf. This is what I was told ... I don't have an opinion on it, just sharing what I heard.

I don't see how the tar in the water or sediment in the Gulf could have slowed down the hurricane. No I have not heard of this yet.

But if the hurricanes had been man-made (designed and directed by use of HAARP as we all had suspected), then it is something else. They could have delayed or prevented any hurricane from forming since Hurricane Boni in July 2010. For what purpose, you may ask. Read on then. 

The fact is there has been a CONSPICUOUS absence of hurricane in the Gulf for 2 years since then.

The speculation is that the hurricanes were being held back until the oil leaks from the reservoir had accumulated in sufficient amount in the shallow sediment in shallow water. (It takes that long for massive amount of oil to reach the surface in massive quantities). Then a disastrous cat 4-5 hurricane could churn up the oily sediment and swept the poisonous Gulf water inland like Katrina did. Only this time the flooding would be more disastrous with toxic oil, methane and corexit laden water. Of course for additional effects, there would be some huge quakes (>mag 6) to cause massive oil/gas discharges (oil slicks on the surface) like the Japan and Sumatra quakes on 3/11/11 and 4/12/12 did respectively. Notice the synchronicity in the dates shows both were clearly man-made and triggered on demand. The Bali Bombing of 10/12/2002 was a black ops organised by the same perpetrators as 9/11/2001. Add 1 to the month, day and year and you get the next planned mega disaster (PMD). There are more evidence but this is the simplest and clearest connection because the chance of all these 4 events being random and not planned is more than 1 in a billion. 

With the recent spate of disasters in the US and worldwide and the conspicuous reappearance of hurricanes in the Gulf, this speculation could turn out to be 100% true. How devastating ...would depend on Divine Intervention and the good sense of those involved in these black ops. Are they being paid enough or their loved ones being held ransom?

The Bayou Corne sink hole lies within the NW-SE fault zone linking the Madrid Fault to the Macondo blowout well. Actually the gas blowout on 20 April 2010 was not so disastrous. It was the deliberate powerful detonations on 22 April (17:22 CDT) and 1 Aug (23:22 CDT) that caused the massive damage more than 200 miles away.

So if the hurrican occurrences played out as predicted, this will be another powerful "connect the dots" proof of the black agenda when they planned the BPGOD. They are playing GOD with the lives and future of the masses. Depopulation with a slow kill genocide has immense benefits over the "run of the mill" genocide we see in the 3rd world countries.
